    Addressing the inadequate room amenities would be prudent!!! The parking situation needs better management to avoid chaos, especially for cash-strapped guests!!! Check-in can feel chaotic during peak times, so more efficiency is needed!!!

    The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxation. I appreciated its proximity to the Rhine River and the lovely marina port. The public transport nearby makes it easy to reach the city center in about 15 minutes.

    The room was very comfy and tidy. Friendly staff made a real difference, especially Alexandra in the kitchen, who provided excellent service during breakfast. The large restaurant offered high-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. A little planning was needed for reaching the main attractions, as the surroundings were quite peaceful, but the lovely canals nearby provided nice walking opportunities.
